Shipping & Delivery Policy
- We ship all the order within 1 – 2 working days after receiving the order placed before 4 PM, Monday to Saturday.
- For the orders to Metros, please allow 2-5 days for delivery and for all the other places, the order may take 5-7 days, depending upon the coverage from our logistics partner.
- The delivery charges are included in price unless mentioned or other charges are applicable.
- We know the quality of our products and want you to be convinced. We are also looking for a long-term relationship with you and hence will go an extra mile to make sure that you acknowledge the healthy touch of mother nature.
- If you do not like the quality of any product (unopened), please write to us at email@example.com and we will be happy to make a replacement or cash back as per the T&Cs mentioned in the site. For any cash back, the delivery charges will be deducted.
Cancellations and Refunds
- For cancelling your order please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and quote your transaction ID/ order number. We will cancel your order as per the policy and if confirmed, you will receive an email confirming the same, within 2 hours of placing your request.
- Since we are dispatching the Order on the same day as the date of order, it is difficult to cancel the order, once placed. However you might still cancel the order within 2 hours of placing it.
- If the order is canceled within 2 hours of placing, full amount will be refunded to your account. This might take few days and would depend upon our payment gateway partner.
- If the order is canceled post dispatch, the two way delivery charges will be deducted and the balance refunded to the Buyer.
